Free Shipping on all US DOMESTIC ORDERS over $75

International Shipping
  • For $75, you can have your products delivered in 4-10 business days (depending on your location). This price includes tracking and insurance. 
  • For $18, you can have your products delivered in 2-6 weeks without tracking or insurance.
  • We are happy to send our products to our international Pure Beauties, but please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties/import fees charged by your country. 
  • There is a $12 Admin Duty Form fee for international orders. To find out what other fees may apply, please contact your country's customs office.
  • When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date.
  • Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package.
  • In case you refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for shipping charges to return the products back to Be Pure Beauty.

If you are not 100% excited about your purchase, you can return your unopened, unused products for a full refund with free return shipping.

 Enter you ORDER BP# and the email used in your order. After selecting the items you wish to return/exchange. Choose the appropriate reason for return. A return label will be generated. Keep the original packaging and shipping materials to send back your item. 

-Unopened items are returnable for a full refund to your Credit Card. 
-Opened items that you weren't wowed by can be returned for a 50% refund of a store credit. 
-Damaged or defective items can be exchanged for a brand new product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we need your order # to process it, and a phone number to contact you in case we need extra details. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective or damaged item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



      Please Note:

       - If you have hyper-sensitive skin, please utilize our sample program to allow you to test the products you wish to purchase in full size first.


      - You can return your unopened purchase in it’s original packaging for up to 30 days from the purchase date. YAY. 

      - Please note that travel-sized items cannot be returned.

       - Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or package.

        - If your product was defective please notify us. We will replace your product asap! Our goal is to ensure you are in love with your product, so we can notify the manufacturer to get you a replacement
